Jessel Riccardini is an Oʻahu-based REALTOR® with more than nine years of experience and over $84 million in closed sales across Oʻahu and the neighbor islands. Specializing in buying, selling, and investing, she brings a global perspective and a proven sales background to every client she serves. Fluent in English, Visayan, and Tagalog, Jessel is able to connect with a diverse range of clients and guide them with clarity and confidence.

Jessel is known for her tenacity, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering a high level of personalized service. She approaches every transaction with care and precision, ensuring her clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Jessel earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales with a concentration in Hospitality and Hotel Management. She began her career in hotel event sales and management before expanding her horizons internationally, working in hotel operations aboard a cruise line throughout the Western Mediterranean.

Following her time at sea, she returned to the Philippines and quickly became a top-performing sales associate for one of the country’s leading telecommunications companies. After years of visiting Hawai‘i, Jessel made the islands her permanent home in 2009. She transitioned into the healthcare field, holding financial roles at Hawai‘i Medical Center West and later at Tripler Army Medical Center, where she served veterans through the Veterans Administration. Known for her discipline and attention to detail, she consistently rose to the top in each role.

Outside of real estate, Jessel is an avid fitness competitor, having placed in numerous local and national competitions. She enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her husband, son, and dog.
